I lost so many hours trying to hook the app to B1KF and B0KA it is just insane, time which cannot be charged to anyone. I decided to move to regular non-smart Viessmann products, like A1JB just because of these "smart" systems. I would curse but this is a review. So pissed off. |

Update - the installs were back for a while, but now I'm back to the 403 page when I go to the monitoring section. Very frustrating since I have a client with issues and I can't see the system. |

I have not been able to have one customer successfully add my company as a contractor and been able to complete the process in viguide. They just fixed vicare to be able to find their contractor June 2023 but haven't fixed this app. It's a shame. Other boiler companies are doing it right and we all look like fools. |
