So far, not great. I just downloaded the app because the website isn't working, and it looks exactly the same. It's the same screen that just sits and pretends to load your info but never actually does. I can't change, view, or update anything, and talking to someone on the phone is a joke. It will just hang up on you if you keep trying. Blurry picture quality and slow speeds. Can't wait to switch providers.

It's not Hughes net at the very least. Not suitable anything internet related except browsing web pages. Downloads may have to be downloaded a bunch of times because of corrupted data which counts against an "nlimitef Best suggestion is paying extra for a mobile hot spot through your cell phone plan. You'll have quadruple the download speeds and more reliable.

I've had it for a month and I can not get it to open. It won't work at all. I've tried several times on many different days. It won't load. The internet is expensive for how many mbps you get, it has a lag, the max gigs you get per month is 100 and you can't even open the app to see what your data usage is. I have family 2 miles down the road paying half what I pay for 12 times faster internet. This just happens to be the only company servicing my area. If you can avoid this, do. Its the worst.
