In the app they said they had received the products form the supplier weeks ago. I needed the products I bought, telling me they will not deliver after over a month is not acceptable. It's either my ordered product does not match the description or the basket is emptied after I've been debited. It's either one problem or the other. You can't even make international calls yo their customer service centre in france. Delivery are charged per designer outlet even when orders are made once from the app unlike other online shopping apps. Too many issues. | |

Unfortunately, now I have to double check every price, since often the prices are the same or even lower on the web. It's no longer convenient, considering that is necessary to pay additional shipping costs and wait more than a month for delivery (and works only in the country I registered). Still using the app in order to discover products, but than I purchase on other sites (like Amazon, Trekkinn, Waveinn etc). | |

2021-02-22 | B L | I was a customer for over 10 years, but the platform has slowly degraded to a wholly untrustworthy scamming operation. The app is buggy, only offers basic functions. To check orders or contact help, you have to access the site from a desktop pc (not just desktop version on mobile). Good luck finding the right link, the UX is atrocious. Orders aren't delivered, or only partially, or wrong items, but they refuse to investigate or refund (if you can get them to reply at all!) | |
