The reason they get 4 stars is because 1.) The ads are too loud. They are much louder than the app sometimes and is startling. And 2.) Some of the sounds have very abrupt loop cutoff sounds and it's jarring when you're trying to fall asleep. If they fixed these two minor issues it would be a 5 star experience for sure.
