| 2024-11-13 |  | | I've been a member since March. I own both a debit card and a Believe card and still have yet to see a credit score increase. Or a portion of my earnings going straight into my secured account. It has also stopped giving my deposit alerts. All of which I talked to tech support about. They assured me that all is working correctly. It's been four weeks and I have the same exact problem. The only plus would be the early deposit, but the other bank I am about to use does that with the same high int. |

I got told it was a security issue on why it was declining...they claimed to have cleared it but the card was still declining...the amount was in the account. Their cleared the security issue and told me to try again in 15 minutes. Well it kept declining. Got in chat with them 2 more times. Same result. You can't talk to anyone by phone and their chat is worthless. I dealt with them for 6 years...well I'm getting rid of them now. |
| 2024-11-07 |  | | Love this banking App. Helped me a lot while paying huge interest rates on loans. It took away the edge bills went up so much. I didn't have to graw my teeth so much. I could pay back with no interest. Also there are credit rating, giving you your score. This helps as well. Yes I would recommend this App, you can transfer between check and savings and checking and credit. Yeah. You can lock you card if it is lossed or stolen. Transfer funds from your brick and mortar bank to Varo. Try it out |
| 2024-11-05 |  | | I opened an account and set up direct deposit. All was great, and loved the account. Then, I attempted to transfer into the account from my Bank of America account. Not sure why, but had issues more than once. Out of the blue, they closed my account with no warning, saying the failed transfer attempts seemed like fraudulent activity. Customer support did nothing. They absolutely suck for doing it out of the blue when I had direct deposit set up. Would give a zero if I could. |

All my other apps work perfectly and even better than they did on my iPhone except the one I need which is my bank. The app doesn't load, takes forever, is very unresponsive and does not allow you to do basic transfers even. I'll be switching banks soon because of the poor app experience. |

We should be able to earn more flexible repayment options with Varo Advance. Like repayment over 3mos, 6mos, 9mos, even 12mos Add search feature so we can search transactions. When im looking for a transaction, you have to just endlessly scroll thru to find it when a search option to search for merchant or charge amount would be easier |

I still cannot upload a check into this account through the app. So I end up going to a bank here anyway. Customer service is never readily available to help, nor are they helpful. The only good thing is 5% apy, but that's it. Don't get this app. |

There is absolutely ZERO option to close the account and delete all account info. The chatbox simply takes you for a wild goose chase, all the while never actually closing the account. Unreal! |
| 2024-08-31 |  | | I've never had ANY problems with Varo. I've built some credit. I've referred people & they spent $20 & we both got $25 & was 2 days later that it was deposited into our accounts!! I can also get an advance every month!! I've worked my way up to borrowing $250.!! I can transfer money to anyone with an email or cashapp or venmo which I do back and forth all the time!! There is no transfer fees either!! This is my favorite. So easy to use the app and I've never had any problems!! Highly Recommend! |
