2024-12-08 | Bill W | Love this app. It's tiny, simple and does what's needed. However, it's now notifying me every time my battery percentage changes, even when outside of the set limits. Not good.
2024-10-29 | Rexon | "Hi! I really like using the Battery Charge Notifier app, but I have a small suggestion. Could you please add an exit button to make it easier to stop the app? I only use it when my phone is plugged in for charging, so having an exit button would be really helpful. Thank you!"
2024-09-04 | Garrett Carton | A very useful app. Can be set to warn of low battery or fully charged or whatever level of battery you want. Have found it completely reliable and have used it for years.
2024-06-28 | A Google user | Gets squirly sometimes...Finally last week this app started to work again after update . But just when you think things are working the app shows constant battery levels that are normal. Followed app instructions and disabled OS battery optimization. Even if you disable this app it keeps popping up with battery levels. You guys had it right last week and you screwed it up!/18/18 Still can't believe this is free:)
2024-06-25 | Wall Fur | Still the best solution to maintain an ideal charge level. However, now requires me to manually dismiss the notification on Android 14. It doesn't seem to register that the phone has been put on or taken off charge, so the repeat notifications continue as if I haven't attended to them. Would give 5 stars if this was fixed.
2023-12-24 | Larry L | My previous review was not posted by Google Play/Battery Charge Notifier. That's disingenuous. I am able to duplicate all features of the app except for temperature. And using my phone's adaptive charging actually does a better job of preserving the battery life. While the actual temperature is no longer displayed, it's obvious the phone stays cooler just by touch. Now I just set an alarm so I can unplug the charger.
2022-02-27 | Suddha Ray | I have repeat notifications setup when the battery discharges below a preset level (20% in my case) .Say, my phone's battery level is at 15% and I plug in the charger, but then I would expect the constant repeat notifications to turn off immediately. But the app keeps notifying me repeatedly until battery level reaches 20%. Is this really the expected behaviour?
2021-12-16 | John | Low battery alert stopped working despite no update to system or app. I tried uninstalling, clearing all data, didn't fix it. Disappointing after working well for 2 years. My phone is a Pocophone F1. EDIT: problem now fixed, not sure how or why. I made sure it's set to auto start and has no battery saver restrictions.
2021-09-15 | Wade Barrett | Takes care of Li-on. Only issue I have is that the repeat notifications don't occur as they should. As an example, I set a repeat notification for when the battery discharges to 40%; however, the app is giving repeat notifications when it's below the high percentage level that I set (i.e 95%). So if the battery is at 85%, the app makes the 'low' notification sound.
2021-09-12 | Ino Syjueco | I'm using the app with my Samsung s21 ultra. I've tried other apps with lots of ads. But this one don't have pesky ads and It really works as described. It's easy to use and simple to configure. I can freely set the low batt. % charge alert and the high batt. % charging limit alert notifications. Highly recommended if you want to maximize your phone battery life. |
