There is no way to save it or have the data show up again for a second view. Have re-enter the loan data from scratch. It could use more features to justify the paid version price. It has a good PMI calculator. |

No option for changing the the cost of insurance and/or taxes when they deviated. I liked the app wish it was more compatible with a realistic mortgage |

I would give it 5 stars but, it does not save entries. Each time you log in you have to start over with all data entries. |

The detailed breakdown of payment makes working with clients way easier. If you're looking for a simple and smooth way to calculate on the fly this is DEFINITELY the way to go. |

(I keep accidentally going back to the simple calculator, or backing out of the app. It's frustrating to have to re-enter all the info every time.) Otherwise this app is one of the better of its kind. |
