But the true reason I only gave it 3 stars is cuz in comparison to instant cash apps, the amount eligible for an a cash advance is very big when u consider the cost of things n y cash advances are usually needed. ntm the "dues" are high for a rather small amount, which can be received. |

When I first got approved, it was for $75 and since I've been with them, almost 2 years now, I've gone up to $150. They're great to get money when you need it but the app has its glitches at times which can be frustrating, i.e.- your debit card won't work or their system is down so you can't get an advance but if you email their support team they respond pretty quickly and fix the issue right away. Try them, you'll like them! |

App currently glitchy, not allowing access to advance, even though $30.00 is showing as available. Get lame repeated "something is wrong, we're working on it, check back later" msg. Fix it Beem! |

I was stuck in a "reconnect" loop, yet Beem had no problem charging my subscription. Customer service tried to help, but the problem remained unresolved. Eventually, I switched to my SoFi account, which worked fine. Giving 3 stars because the app works for some banks, and customer service put in effort, but Beem needs better compatibility to deliver on what’s advertised. |

For the longest time it would tell me to add my account and then go thru the motions and say account already added and then tell me unable to link account... I'm confused if just told me it's already there, now it adds it, verified it, looks at the history, verified the history, then same thing, unable to link account. What the??? |

I finally got my ID scanned but heads up if you fail the verification process, just go ahead and delete the app because it can't be changed or fixed according to their CS Dept. In addition to the previous issue; if you have only, let's say, $10 in your account to last you a few days, Beem will withdraw that for your dues. so you're screwed. I don't get why their system does NOT WAIT until they can take the full amount, not the last funds out of someone's account, isn't this app supposed to aid someone falling short until payday? update, still trash app. $9.99 a month for what? It freezes whenever moving from one menu to another. Most importantly, it conveniently and curiously freezes whenever you try to initiate a withdrawal. This app could be worth reporting for suspicious practices and potential phishing. |

I'm not going to keep doing it and it says my account is linked but yet everdraft seems to be having an issue. I can take screen shots but at this point what is the point of doing it. |
