It's been convenient for the most part, but one of the locations I used did lose one of my packages.

Package was received and processed, ready for pickup within minutes of it being delivered to the location I chose. 5 star. As long as you put everything on the package EXACTLY as shown, your package WILL be delivered to the location. Will absolutely use again!! thanks Bounce!!
