| 2024-11-20 |  | | App is woefully out of date and essentially is a browser page wrapped in an app. US Bank needs to do better if they're attempting to attract more customers for their credit, deposit, investment, and retirement products. The icon is small and surrounded by a white border, the app doesn't work late at night or on weekends because the webpages that it's based on are down for maintenance, and there isn't much functionality that you can do other than to see your balance and how the markets are doing. |

Regularly indicates access failure. After multiple attempts to open, when it finally opens, it frequently will show zero dollars in my account. Very frustrating and very scary since you hear stories all the time of people who will open their account and find it's been drained by scammers. |

Don't even think about calling them unless you have an hour becuase they don't answer the phone. It was once a good platform but not currently. |

There's about a 1 in 3 chance of any action executing successfully, from sign in on. I've used the apps on a number of different hardware platforms. Please rebuild these. Certainly US Bank has the resources to do this. |

I haven't been able to find out how to trade because of some hidden fee for weeks. Really just makes me want to move to another bank that's in the 21st century too |
