| 2024-10-15 |  | | It keeps insisting I need to turn on location permissions to access a Live Feed but I'm just trying to watch old shows. At first the video would play behind that notification and I was able to get around it. Now that doesn't happen, so I begrudgingly turned on location services, only to get an error on the video. I turned location services back off and I still get an error. I've done a lot to troubleshoot and it's not working and I refuse to contact support for basic functionality like this. |

Says there's an error. Doesn't matter if you updated it, redownloaded it or anything. It just doesn't work, not on tvs, phones, tablets or laptops. |

Extremely blurry picture, then good for a minute or two. The app needs a new version or something else. None of the other apps do this. It's very annoying indeed. |

When I cast it from my phone or another device you can't rewind it at all or it will play a bunch of commercials and will take you several minutes ahead of where you were in the first place!!! Can't wait for the show I watch to switch networks in a few months...then I vow to never use it again!!! BOO!!! |

When trying to watch live content like Monday Night Raw the app constantly switches between landscape and portrait mode. Even if I lock the orientation it still doesn't work. It happens constantly so the video never plays and the stream is 100% unwatchable. I hope this gets addressed with an update or else I am just going to get rid of this app. |

The app is even worse. Never have I ever had to manually type in the app my user and pass. Usually I get a link and confirm like that. This app is behind in times and it's like the creators do not care. I've downloaded this app off and on the past 5 years and the only difference is the new shows added. 5 years and no real change |
| 2022-05-07 |  | | Does it work? Sure, it "works". But man, this has to be one of the most poorly optimized apps I've ever used. It devours my battery unlike anything else, sometimes I can't even charge my phone while I'm watching. It just keeps me at whatever battery level I started with, and my phone often overheats. And after 10-15min of watching, the stream starts stuttering. I have to force close and reopen the app to get it to stop. Every. Single. Time. Shame it's the only way to watch most EPL games. |
| 2022-01-23 |  | | AMA Supercross was live on USA. I downloaded the app, signed in with my cable provider and clicked on the "Live" tab. Three dots (the loading screen) appeared and stayed there... for over 12 minutes. Never did load ANYTHING except those dots. I will be uninstalling this App and won't reload it. Don't waste your time, like almost every other review listed on this, let me say it again...IT. DOES. NOT. WORK. |

The worst is for live sports - Premier League games simply do not load. Really disappointed with this, especially considering that the Premier League is the only reason I got the app. 👎 |
| 2021-11-12 |  | | So dissappointed in this app. Live streaming is impossible. My fav show is Chrisley knows best. But unfortunatly the quality is horrible. The commercials/ads ran perfectly. That makes no sense! I have to watch them on E! for reruns of the week before. Peacock has all the last 8 seasons. I wanted to continue watching my show while traveling or at lunchtime at work. No go. I unsubscribed and deleted the app. |
