I just want to know how many points it costs to get to a place, but In order to find that out I have to pick a date go through the whole process of finding a spot, then it will redirect me to British Airways anyway where I have to log in then use their awful website to confirm again and finally then on the website it will tell me the amount of points I'd cost. |

The app isn't working, tried the on-store feature and will lead to a continuous loop with no much of use. To drag me onto another platform of communications won't resolve the issue. My advise is to take the app off from the Google play store and review then after all the bugs are fixed to upload back. |

On the app for android mobile, there's a bug where whenever I try and search for a shop / category to collect avios, when I get to the search screen there is no way for me to type into the search input box. When I click on search and get to the search screen my keyboard appears but disappears before I can type anything. I tried tapong in the search input box, and it doesn't make the keyboard appear, doesn't bring up a paste option either. |
