| 2024-11-23 |  | | The app works well but it's useless when you put in pickup orders at a specific time and it doesn't optimize routes that well (in my opinion) instead of taking me through shorter cuts the app had me driving far between stops. It will have to do for now. Great thing about it is that it worked for me in bad weather and bad service area. |
| 2024-11-19 |  | | Plain awesome. Only issue I have with it, is it'll drive you right by a house, only to come back 5 - 10 stops later to deliver it but have to cross a busy street to do so. I tried setting it to right hand or left hand side, but then on one way streets it freaks out. If there is a selection to prefer left or right side. That would be awesome. |
| 2024-11-06 |  | | Worked really well in a pinch. If you want to add more then 10 locations, you need to pay for a subscription (free trail is available and easy to cancel). Automatically puts the locations in order into Google maps. If you accidentally misclick on the app, it can be difficult to undo your mistake (marking the wrong house a complete). There is some back and forth on the automatic route, and can only resort them so many times and be hard to find your place when restarting your route. |

Support is responsive, Google maps integration is amazing, and customization is incredibly helpful. There are ways to manipulate the stops into order even if there isn't direct stop order editing. Much better than other route optimization apps I've tried! |
| 2024-11-03 |  | | Pretty disappointing that I can't hit restart route anymore after the last update! Got rid of that feature and now I have to manually reset the route every day! Update: Still, after two months, we still can't use restart route as an option. If this doesn't get fixed I'll be looking at alternative options. Ridiculous that the app was permanently downgraded!!! Update: Now I can have 52x5 (260) routes cluttering up my routes tab every year. Sweet! I need to be able to look at old routes. |

Since the update, it puts my 1st stop way out of place. And during the middle of the day. It will say some of my stops are on the RIGHT. But they actually on the left. And vise versa. Still not a bad app. You just have to watch for some app mistakes... I wish I wouldn't have installed the latest Update. |

I would like to suggest drag and drop functionality for ordering stops if you aren't worried about optimization for those that know their routes. |

It will have me pass a stop to go down the road and come back to it. Also, what happened to the restart route option? I'm a landscaper and go to the same spots every week. For some reason, I can't complete my route and restart it. Why? It was always there before. |

They'll have frequent updates as well. While adding some good new features they'll take away some existing useful ones. It seems like they're still trying to figure out the program on the consumers account nonetheless. |

Wish list: Have completed stops to change color, blue to green perhaps or vise versa, maybe failed stops could turn to red, would like original estimated finish time to show above current finish time for reference, turn off vehicle speed, more information on print out. Have remaining ungrouped stops come after rather than before the groups only makes sense? |
