2024-11-29 | Jack Bukowski | UMB obviously did some market research because they made sure the mobile app was a no frills copy of the desktop website. That's a great strategy. Nobody likes an overdeveloped mess where the bank spends all the money on animated buttons and stupid login progress bars. When you're a bank you should be about saving money. UMB understood the assignment. | |

Call directly and get auto phone menu for 15 minutes before you can even talk to someone who knows nothing about anything. I go through this every month just to pay my bill. Cutting card and removing this worthless app is my best option. | |

2024-09-10 | Elizaberh Leslie | I have a Samsung Galaxy S8, and tried to access my bank via the mobile app on 9/10. It now says the app isn't compatible with this device, and short of downloading from a third party, I no longer have access to mobile banking unless I shell out hundreds of dollars for a new phone. I understand the security concerns with older devices, but there should've been some warning in the months leading up to this change at the very least. | |

2024-08-26 | Dirty Eight Racing | Have been using this app worked great randomly quit working saying it needed updated but no updates where available when I did finally find the app in Google play it says it is not compatible with my device? Such a shame. Wasn't looking to switch banks but I may have to if I cant use the app. As I do alot of mobile banking for my business. | |
2023-12-23 | Steven Starks | It's buggy, as sometimes you get a spinning wheel when transitioning to different menu options, all the links in the resources section are broken, and you can't click back to go to the previous screen. There needs to be better security features like you shouldn't be able to take screenshots and you shouldn't be able to view the screen when switching to different open apps on your phone. 2021-05-29 | Am I Here ? | The app is pretty great actually. It shows my balance in my savings and checking as well as showing every transaction in its history, updating almost instantly. I could get groceries at Walmart, and I could check the balance when I get in the car and the transaction would be there. There's also a budget feature, you can set tags to budget types of transactions like gas or groceries and see how much you spend each month. Very convenient, and run very well | |
2021-02-05 | amarsta | The Remote Deposit camera works extremely poorly: The screen goes blank randomly and crashes the app. It sometimes won't take the back side. It won't do retakes. The take picture button eventually stops working. If anything at all goes wrong, restarting the app doesn't solve it. The phone has to be completely restarted to try again. 45 minutes of hassle just to make one deposit. And no, I won't fill out the app survey, because the bank doesn't care anyway. They don't even return emails. | |

Update: 10/2020 My app and texts have once again stopped sending me notifications when money is deducted or credited. I've reset the settings a couple of times and it is still not working. I'm frustrated with this unreliable platform. |
