2024-11-22 | David McCammond-Watts | Even after paying for a subscription it keeps asking you to pay for more stuff. It's intrusive and annoying. The latest ad for AI features was multiple pages of unskippable ads. Couldn't use the app until you responded "yes" to upgrade. I was able to finally cancel on the 4th page of the ad. Don't bother paying for a subscription. That won't stop the in your face ads.
2024-11-22 | Matt Dechant | It's the best app for what it does, but God can it be buggy sometimes... And can you PLEASE stop with the unskippable advertisements for more features? I already pay for the pro version. I shouldn't have to open the app at a gig and be stuck answering questions about some new feature that I can't X out of. Or if I have to reinstall the app to clear some random bug and then have to tell you about what songs I like again as if I haven't already done that on each of my devices 5 times.
2024-11-21 | Thomas Meal | If you're planning to use on a phone, def find another app. Love the website, long-time subscriber -- but the app is the worst user experience I've ever had: you CANNOT use it until without first (and then later too) answering an extremely long set of insipid questions (few of which have responses that fit my situation). I've de-installed. Truly the worst app I've ever experienced in comparison to a kinda clunky but useful website.
2024-11-21 | Ryan Beyer | Changing my review from 5 stats to 2 stats. Upgraded to the sing program, and it's done so badly it's almost unusable. Almost never registers the note you're singing, doesn't let you change the vocal range or calibrate. Was a waste of money. Other apps do the same thing so much better. The tabs are alright -i have reached out in the "how can we improve" section for sing months ago. Unusable then, unusable now. Waste of a subscription
2024-11-19 | Cody Jenkins | Update: No way to exit out of the Practice mode screen with selecting "try now." Things like that really annoy me. Stop pushing your new features on me, I'm just here for the tabs. Old: I don't leave many reviews, but felt compelled to after the recent updates that were made. The annoying ads are now gone and there have been multiple upgrades to the user interface. I especially like that they now have a list of recently searched tabs. The changes on the website are also an improvement. Good job!
2024-11-19 | Dennis Dinosaur | This app can be great. I've been using it for years and still come back to it often. The issue is even if you pay, there's always something else popping up to ask you to pay for. I'm not trying to do all the extra stuff and thought paying for the full app a decade ago would rid ads. There is ALWAYS a new ad. And it is ALWAYS intrusive. This app is an example of giving a mouse a cookie. Great for beginners, great for free, don't waste your money on any ups because it keeps asking for more.
2024-11-19 | Daniel Terrazas | I have been using this app (originally website) for nearly two decades, and it's never had any issue. I've gladly paid for the Pro membership ever since it launched. But, in the last few days the Pro Tab feature has become unusable after upgrading to a new phone. The sound comes through distorted and unintelligible when you try to use the play along feature. Uninstalling and reinstalling has not fixed the issue. Very troubled and saddened by this. Everything else works as advertised.
2024-11-18 | Matthew Guida | Updates are horrible. The most recent "autoscroll" is terrible and really shows how little thought was put into its implementation. If the page just scrolls it's fine, but now it's waiting for chords that it won't ever hear me play because I am intentionally not playing the original composition. If you add a new "AI enhanced" terrible feature, at least have the common decency to make it optional. Had they asked any actual musicians before implementation, this issue would have been raised.
2024-11-13 | Rhonda Mcdonough | i loved this app for 2 years, but the latest new "features" are terrible and you cant disable. it does its own thing with auto-scrolling based on what it thinks you want. so difficult to use, not user friendly. was told my issue with the autoscroll would be raised to the developers, but nothing can be done about it now. i have a couple weeks to see if it gets any better before my subscription price goes from $24.99 to $39.99...pretty hefty increase for a less usable product :(
2024-11-09 | Mark Garcia | This app is awful. It's really slow to load things and sometimes won't even respond to clicking on things. I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall to make the app work again and then it takes forever to load your tabs that it decides on its own that it wants to download. Then it shoves ads in your face even if you always pay for the premium version. Also never saves transpositions that you've made in playlists. So have fun using the trash in the middle of a set. |
