I tried finding someone with customer service and it is impossible. When you try to click certain links, nothing even happens. |

I can't download my videos and haven't found the feature to record their reaction as advertised. As far as bringing santas magic to our kids, it's done it's job. However, paying for premium features without being able to use them will likely be the deal breaker for future use. |

I will be looking for something else. I've used them since my 20 year old was little and it is so sad how bad this paid service has become. |

Cute app just weird and buggy at times it seems like. Update- have sent multiple emails regarding my issue as I am now 15$ into this app with no response other than to do something I have already done. I'm disputing the subscription charge with Google. |

I'm sure someone just starting to use this app will eventually have plenty to keep up with the years as the kids grow, because they *do* remember the old videos they've seen. Also they've had the same advent calendar videos since it came out. Least they added some new regular videos this year. Idk if buying again. |

Christmas is his absolute favorite time of the year, and this app is it, and so much more! Super customizable videos, and phone calls for every child plus activity's. Best of all is the ability to record a reaction when watching. Worth every penny. A brilliant, very well thought out app. Would have given 5 starts but has some minor glitches at times. |

It has access to my camera and everything else. Never had this problem before now... the app is stupid and I'm annoyed. Wish I could get my money back - waste of money and time trying to troubleshoot and uninstall/reinstall the dumb app. |

Two things: let people remove old videos from the children's side without re-downloading them, and fix the videos with a big pause after Santa says one of the options. (One of the new videos is especially noticeable, and not the quality I've seen in past years audio-wise.) |

We should be able to download that for free too "HD". I lost all those cool videos i made through out the years for my kid, but I don't regret not spending a cent. By the looks of other people who DID pay for stuff in the app. They're still having problems. |

I only gave it four stars instead of five because I think they should add more personal stuff in the videos about the child. Maybe more pictures and more details. Also there was a few glitches like the app not working right and when I picked my state, it only listed one city out of the whole state but overall this was so amazing for my son. Great experience. Lots of videos to make!!! |
