However, if I connect to eontv.gr, I can log in with the same username and password without any issues. I have tried reinstalling the app, connecting with another device, and resetting the password, but the same problem occurs each time. I also contacted Nova customer service, and they said they would fix it, but nothing has changed after four days. I am very disappointed. |

Most of the TV functions available from the EON Smart Box can be used on the smartphone with this app. Small drawbacks are, that I could not use my EON home profile (I had to create a new one), and I still haven't found out how to add a channel to the list of favorites. |

| 2023-12-29 |  | | Mediocre performance on Android TV. I'm using it wi th WiFi, but most of the time you cannot have smooth experience. Periodic picture freeze. The audio then is hopping 5 sec back. Support told me to put a LAN cable to the TV. This is not a solution for me. I have WiFi and want to use it. For reference, none other streaming service have such bad experience than EON |
