App crashing Android 1+ month now

Hasn't worked on Android in going on a month now. Very inconvenient and frustrating when it's known that the app crashes on Android and no effort has been made to fix it.

I can't even open this app. How does the school require us to pay a fee for the gym as part of our tuition, but they can't even fix this app that is needed to get into the gym?
