I started using this app only because Ubisoft broke its own Connect website, which is yet another problem this company has created for itself. This app does at least let me complete Connect challenges, but they don’t update in real time like the website would. The app also does not provide game stats or show complete profile info and badges like the website did. Also, I’ve noticed that a lot of the news content has no links (like the Ubisoft Forward 2024 content). I hope it all gets fixed.
It's gotten a lil better over time. Just hope to see continued improvements. Comes in handy when I need to check to see if my buddies are online, as i don't want to load up the PC if not necessary. The only problem that I've had with the app, is 'proper and full' loading of the friends list under social. I've almost 200 in my list. And to get an accurate picture of who is online, forced to scroll all the way to the Z's, then back to the top(manually). Need sort options for Friends or Favs!🪤
Logging in was a hassle because it failed despite me using the right Email address and Password. Also don't even bother trying to log in on the website if you're not on a computer, it will waste your time. Also it is nicely organized, could be better but it is good as is. 4 stars because of the login hassles, a little harsh but sometimes it is needed.
