Works when it does, when it bugs out though it makes your phone almost completely unusable until you uninstall the app (boot loop and crashes phone within 10 seconds of power on). This bug happens in the photo taking part of the delivery. Low paying on a normal day making a minimum wage job pay 3-5x more compared to Uber outside of opportunities. Flat rate and payout options are great, but gas prices and car maintenance costs will drive all potential income outside of opportunities to a net loss

Uber sucks! Their support sucks and is basically useless! Their algorithm seems to want to make you drive to orders instead of sending orders that are close to you. The app interrupts you with orders constantly while navigating to drop off points. Uber does Their best to no compensate you for trips that end with the order being canceled due to closure, lack of food items, etc. 🙄 I will be keeping track if all the wasted time and mileage from now on. I suggest that Uber change it's policy. 😒

I love it until you have an issue, and the support for drivers is totally useless and basically nonexistent. Been trying for almost a week to finish required RAIIN training and the in app video keeps freezing at the same spot causing me to not be able to complete my training which means I cannot log on and drive. I've spent 2+hrs on chats today, and no one was any help at all, not even a little bit!

I am having a problem opening up the emails that tells you that someone has sent you a tip. I didn't not have this problem prior to last week. The funny thing is that I don't have a problem opening all the other emails, even prior tip messages older than last week!!?? I want to be able to see the info and to send a thank you message. It is annoying as f*. I chatted with help support whom instructed me what to do but it didn't work.

Forced overlays is bad business practices.... It is very easy for you to accidentally accept a order and then guess what your penalized for having a high cancellation rate. You were easily able to see the order and your notifications bar or by being able to switch back now you're unable to switch back because it takes over your screen causing an accessibility issues as well Uber needs to be sued flat out This is a deceptive business practice and it's highly illegal

This app is horrible. It sends out the same order to multiple drivers then when u contact support about it they just cancel the order, which counts against you. The different departments have got to communicate with each other. There is absolutely NO reason my cancelation rate should go up when the order has already been picked up by someone else.

Baiting on this app, scanning issue with shopping at times & pop up orders during a delivery are very unorganized. Other than that this app can be very good. Reduce the baiting by not allowing full tip refund or putting a cap on it. 5 star uber driver with over 100+ rating, it's definitely not me. And please get rid of the overlay, I can't txt or do anything without having to decline in pop up in order to finish what I'm doing.

The app is currently unusable with the overlay requirement on Android phones. It's been almost a month now and this obvious problem is not being fixed. There is NO logical reason to make the app overlay a requirement, just raise the base pay and people will take more orders. We're not going to be tricked into taking $2- $3 orders. Make the overlay an option like it used to be, problem solved and until its fixed LOTS of drivers will stop using this app.

These app development team really sucks at their job, and somehow, the support agents are even more rtarded. None of the links work, theres a "Help" button that when you click it, it rings, a machine answers and tells you the number no longer functions, then the app sends you a message asking if you want to talk to support over the phone, chat, or email. Then you get a "live agent" that is either a bot, or completely rtarded 100% of the time. These are always the worst experiences. Uber SUCKS.

Te forced overlay feature a major inconvenience & terrible ux, but it's very dangerous when a driver is in motion and cannot switch applications from your app to a navigation app like Google maps. It also takes over the phone when you're trying to input any information, or use the uber app in general when orders force you to accept or decline to continue use of your personal device. This counts towards your decline numbers which is very, very unfair to your operators.
