Checked

I have used their product for years on a desktop. The app is subpar and mostly non-functional. I am writing the review mostly as a way to warn others to steer clear of the company entirely. Their product has gotten worse recently and their customer support's answer is, essentially, tough luck. Files that have played fine in the past and work fine on other software now will not play on their software without heavy lags, but according to them it is my hardware and not their software at all.
