I usually use this app at nights and I don't turn on the lights but the white downloading page which suddenly appears not so briefly whenever I open the app is really disturbing. It'd be great if you change that page's color from white to a darker color. Thanks. |

| 2024-02-07 |  | | The new video advertisements that Tureng shows are way too long and interrupts my work by suddenly appearing on my phone's screen while I'm in the app. This problem causes me losing a lot of time while looking to a word in the dictionary. Before I was very happy with Tureng, because it was not wasting my time with unnecessary ads I'm not interested at all. I don't want to be disrupted. But now, I'm thinking to uninstall the app because of this super unnecessary long video ads in the dictionary. |

When we read something in any websites like bbc, we can face some words which are not known by us and we can search their define with tureng like pushing long on word and finding "define" button. Thus, we reach meanings of words. My opinion is that we should star or add these words somewhere in special on "define" screen. I hope you can update this. Thanks. |

I opened the Tureng app to look up a word so I would know the spelling, and it blasted my ears. Please silence the ads. The other feedback I have is that I wish I could sign in so that I could access my saved words on the desktop as well, but the app has favorites but no sign-in, and the web site has sign-in but no favorites. |

All the permissions are given, but there is a problem, I see "request time out, please try again.". When I go to another open program and come back to Tureng app, then it works. Interesting. |

| 2022-05-29 |  | | My favorite Turkish English dictionary. However, when connected to WiFi, it doesn't work. It says "Request timeout" and makes me feel frustrated. As for the ads, they appear whether it's WiFi or mobile data. Outrageous. This is a problem that really needs to be solved. |
