Connect & Pay

This is very unreliable and has issues often. Some days it takes an extended amount of time to load your funds, some days it's right away. Like today, I keep getting the uh oh cant load funds message. Checked to make sure the app is up to date, and it is. It's very frustrating when you're at work and have no other oprions. I think the next time we have a union meeting we should bring up finding a better app or vender.

I downloaded this specifically so I could earn rewards since I spend money here anyways, but every purchase I make says I've earned 0 points, there's not even the page where it's supposed to track them that shows in the play store, the rewards aspect advertised is just missing. On top of that, you can't get money out once it's added. So if you have an extra $1 in your account, you just lose it, and the minimum amount to add is $10 so you'll just always have money stuck in purgatory. Sucks lol

I debated even installing this due to the reviews. Turns out you can't even verify your email, which is why people complain about their password not working. This is an impressively bad app. Edit: if you actually are interested in fixing the problem, your verification email links back to the app but the app doesn't redirect anywhere. Most companies verify email by having the user open a link in a browser, I don't understand why you wouldn't do that as well.
