Carol Lesh		 I loved this app, would have given 4 or 5 stars (and maybe I did previously?). However, since my phone updated (and same experience as my daughter with her new phone), the app no longer will open.

Amy Friend		 This app is useful for basic ingredients but most of what I have typed in is not in the database. Since that is an issue, for it to really be useful it would be nice if you could fill in nutrition information to get a result.

A Google user		 I was so excited when this came out. Very, very limited as to what foods are what fuel types. There also isn't any feature to add foods to this or recipes. I do love Trim Healthy Mama!

A Google user		 Easy to use type in an ingediant and it shows up if its in the databse.. If it isnt you can suggest and ingrediant for them to add.. I jjst dont buy if if the ingrediant i search isnt there. The website is an option to go to, the store, the podcasts are on it! I love it!

A Google user		 This app is very basic. Like it will say beans or rice e. It doesn't do brands or etc or complicated foods. Honestly if it wasent free I would demand a refund. I would think with all their other great products these ladys would want more out of a app for their customers.

App provides links to the Trim Healthy Mama website, recipes, store, membership area and podcasts. Great for beginners who are trying to navigate the plan and feeling a bit confused!

A Google user		 I love the simplicity! It's just friendly, easy to figure out, and very helpful for people new to THM who are still learning the different fuel sources. Even a veteran THM like myself can question what fuel source a food is at times, so this will be very helpful. I am glad there's not so many "bells and whistles," since that would make me feel obligated to use them and I'd lose some of the freedom this plan brings. Thank you!

To answer our Questions quickly especially when our Books are not available with us to look up. The details of a food or ingredient.. BRILLIANT.. If I can't find what I'm looking for.... I can submit for consideration to be added. The Sisters really delivered on this APP. THANK YOU SERENE AND PEARL. ❤️ YOU'RE THE BEST.

A Google user		 Love it! This a brilliant tool if you are starting out on Trim Healthy Mama and you get slightly tripped up on what is an s, e, or fp. Love it and look forward to seeing what the ladies put out next. Just a note, this does not track time between meals or calories but it does not advertise to do that either. I highly recommend ready the book before getting the app or you might misunderstand the purpose of this app.

A Google user		 Great for my clients especially! It does exactly what it's supposed to and takes some work of identifying foods for my people off of my plate. Also helpful for identifying unusual ingredients that I don't know. Love it!
