| 2024-09-11 |  | | The app hardly works, and it fails to launch. When finally launches, the sound is distorted, so i need to relaunch. When it finally works, it turns off after a few minutes. It's very frustrating because I really like watching KTLA 5 and don't have access via Google (which worked great) like I used to. There isn't any sound via this method, and the app is terrible. |

Why alert me to breaking news, then immediately force me to watch what seems like several minutes of adds?, plus the app is very busy with static adds and just junk...... And the video playback almost never works rights, always lots of buffering, playback issues...... Get your stuff together over there KTLA.... |
| 2024-07-21 |  | | When trying to watch "live", the app ALWAYS opens in mute mode, lags often no matter what platform is used, with wireless or data connection. On mobile devices, to enter full screen mode, you have to full screen in vertical first, then rotate to horizontal. My biggest issue is that the app only plays about 10 minutes and then shuts down. These issues aren't very safe, especially if someone is driving 😒 |

I either have to touch the screen before my phone turns off or I have to reactivate my screen again. This was not always the case. Somethings changed. It used to stay on just like when watching YouTube. Can this please be fixed? |
| 2024-03-01 |  | | 10 years ago I gave this app a 5-star rating. I've downgraded it because every time there is an upgrade, it's buggy. But the main reason that I've reduced the rating is that I can't stand the long commercials I have to sit through to watch a video. Shorten the ads to no more than 15 seconds, then I'll up the rating. |

I have installed and reinstalled on my phone several times but it still doesn't work. I have been using channel 7 app with no issues at all. So please fix this app. My only question is why fix something that isn't broken? Yvette Vasquez |
