| 2024-08-26 |  | | I purchased Trend Micro VPN in May, 2023 from Google Play Store. I can see my license and renewal date on my Google Account under Subscriptions. I renewed on May 16, 2024. My license will renew on May 16, 2025. Last weekend, it stopped working. The app won't open, and it tells me to start a 7-dsy trial as if I am a new customer. I have un-installed the app, reinstalled, logged in on another email address, but it still doesn't recognize me. I really like this VPN..what do I now? |

| 2024-06-28 |  | | Windows laptop installation Seemed to work for about 5 months but then started to turn on for private secured networks & screwed up my connections & access to home & work wi-fi and other devices on those networks. I had to uninstall. Android phone installation blocked Smart Switch app connect to new phone. Tried to Uninstall on old phone and apparently does not completely uninstall. Even after restart, Smart Switch was detecting VPN blocking connection to new phone wirelessly. Micro-C port fail |
| 2024-06-22 |  | | I had to find a new VPN service app. I was one of the Googel One people that lost VPN this month when they discontinued theirs. I trust Trend Micro for several other services. Wouldn't use anyone else. I give only four stars, just because I can't connect to my smartview on my tv, if I'm connected to Proxy One VPN. I free-air cast and don't have Wi-Fi. I watch very little tv anyhow, so thats ok. I watch Amazons Freeve that anyone else has access to. |
| 2023-09-02 |  | | I have been using this VPN for almost a year, but in the last 14 days, it has kinda disappeared. On the left side of the toolbar, it says, "disconnect from always-on VPN." In the restaurant, it tells me "in use," but no "key up in the right corner." When I go to VPN, it says "unable to connect to Trend Micro," try again. 1 issue detected. This network is not password protected. Data sent using this network is vulnerable to attacks. Please help. This works fine on wife's phone. I renew on 9/14/23 |
| 2023-07-22 |  | | Love my trend had it for years but You need to make it clearer that the Trend VPO app will cost extra. I didn't notice that there would be a charge of an extra $99 per year until the app had loaded and offering the 7 day trial. I have uninstalled( it through google play so fingers crossed that in 7 days time my account will not be debited for the said $99. |
