I had been looking for a QR Code reader with a featured checking the scanned link to make sure it was safe. This is the only 1 that does at this time. I had been using 1 by Kaspersky that worked great but had been banned due to a Russian connection. This app does seem to warn you about links that may have an issue. It seems to be slower to focus and process the link and needs a zoom feature. It does a good job of scanning a QR code on paper, but without a zoom fails to scan off TV and signs.

The feature warning of malicious sites is quite useful. Thankfully I found a scanner app built into my phone, but the app still offers some functionality that built-in scanners don't offer.

To echo many other reviews - brilliant, simple, easy! This scanner easily reads even tiny 5mm² QR codes, which I found other readers just couldn't handle. Kudos to Trend, who are one of the biggest & best IT security company. Oh, did I mention this app is free and has none of those annoying ads! 👍😃. Thank you, Trend. Bravo! 👏👏👏
