| 2024-11-08 |  | | I gave a 2 star because it's only good for watching live.. The videos you can choose between at the bottom are incorrectly labeled or something. I click on the trump speech, and it shows the Kamala conceded speech that I watched 2 videos up from it.. That wasn't the only instance, it's just the one before I decided to finally make a review. (If you full screen the video, then hit the home button so it is smaller, screen lock your phone, and hit play it works like a podcast, at least on android) |

I understand the need for ads, and that's not my complaint, but 'learn more' boxes pop up without an X that allows you to close them out. Plus, there are banners at the bottom of the page promoting CBS shows, and that further limits the space for news content. Then, the aforementioned ads. NBC is a much cleaner app than CBS or ABC. I keep trying your app, but it's just too frustrating. |

I understand that ads help support the app, but maybe there could be a subscription option instead. The fonts for news articles have changed, used to be larger. Now they're too small. I really do like it, but these issues are holding me back from fully embracing it. As a result, I've had to turn to other sources for my news. Thank you.. |

Icons to click for sound and lanscape screen rotation are TOO SMALL - which makes them not always work at first touch or click. When watching a show, sometimes we need to step away and pause, then resume at the same place ! App insists on starting show all over..... 48 Hours, especially. |

I installed it specifically to watch the debate and was extremely disappointed. I missed a lot and will have to rewatch the entire thing. Immediately uninstalling now that the debate is done. |

I live hundreds of miles from Detroit and don't give a flip about their local news. I have found no way to delete it. Location permissions are turned off so I'm not even sure why local news is appearing. And I'm really tired of TEMU ads. |

It happens regardless to whether I have the app open or closed. That needs to be fixed! I now have to search for the story that I was interested in, and depending on how recently it posted it may not appear in the feed list. So annoying! |

Do not want to have to listen. Listening every one else can hear too No I can not wear ear. The old app was very informative. Why could there not have been the option to have the old app or the new. Streaming is not always the answer. Watching a screen to see another screen is not suitable to everyone. |

When you click on a story, the photo becomes dark & then when you start to read the article, an ad pops up, but if you scroll past it to the next paragraph, it pops up to cover the story. If I had been at all interested, I would have clicked on it without all the pop up reminders. Please stop. |
| 2024-04-16 |  | | 4/15/24 Been using this app for several years, it's really a mess. I rarely bother to open it anymore because it just keeps getting worse. Loaded with so many ads that reading an article is frustrating. One ad banner on the bottom of the screen, one pop-up video ad running in the left corner (with no x-out) covering half the paragraph. This means barely a paragraph is readable without scrolling, then there are box ads running in between every 3-4 paragraphs. About to give up on this app. |
