| 2024-11-22 |  | | After years of usage I am downgrading my rating from 5 to 2, due to a recent update literally tripling the amount of ads shown in the app. I will need by the second updates on a bus and the app plays an ad first. The ads are placed in places where you can accidentally click on them while looking for information. I know you guys need to sell premium subscriptions but this is absurd. I'm considering switching apps to get away from these ads. |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | This app has a bug or something, I've had few occasions it gives very untrue live locations of buses that are not even there. Iit gives very inaccurate live locations of buses by like 2 minutes or more. And something the live locations time table switches out no where, for ex. it will say 5 minutes and all the sudden 12 minutes and then back to normal. This should be fixed as soon as possible. I've missed buses because these inaccurate live locations. |

Their paid version of tracking public transport is already available for free on google maps. This apps free version is so plagued with ads its not worth it to use. Thanks for turning your great app into a useless app. Disappointing. |
| 2024-11-14 |  | | It's one thing to introduce ads in order to increase revenue... But the way the ads pop up at the most obnoxious times, makes this app in its entirety wholly inconvenient... I might be urgently looking up the next bus where I got dropped off, and right when the search comes up -- bam, hit with an ad... Ridiculous! If you want to make money, then make certain features premium. Don't make the basic app unusable! |

The map doesn't fully show, it's slow to load, it doesn't recognise complete/correct addresses. I hardly ever go out of my way to leave a bad review, but this is really just a useless app. Don't bother! |

Also, both versions of the app seem to have very inaccurate data concerning what bus lines service which stations. It has sent us to stops to catch a bus only to find out after wr got there that the bus we are trying to catch doesnt even service that station. The schedule seems to off by as much as 10 mins. |

I downloaded it because a Google search for a bus route in Costa Rica came up with a page on their website which wouldn't show me enough information without installing the app. But when I installed the app, none of the links from the website worked, and it took me a long time (and lots of ads) to figure out where the information was in the app. In fact I still can't find what I really wanted. |
| 2024-10-17 |  | | Often the live bus location does not work at all. Sometimes, it will show the location of the bus 5 minutes before it reaches my stop. Everything else works fine, the digital ticket, buying tickets, plan a trip, etc. if live location always worked this app would be perfect and I would continue to use it indefinitely. |
| 2024-10-16 |  | | This used to be a great app but now there's so many ads that it's unuseable. Every search you get an ad. If you go back to see alternative routes you get an ad. If you close your phone and reopen you get an ad. I've missed buses before because, when I open the app to confirm the right bus number, an ad pops up so I can't see if it's the right bus. Some of the ads even have fake 'x's that rather than closing the ad, take you to the Playstore to download some other app. Use Google maps instead. |

The notification on the app now says something like "to save battery the app will not be up to date, click here to refresh" -- this ruins the whole point of the app for me, it does no longer reliably warn me from stops if I don't constantly open the app, which uses more battery! Please fix this ASAP, let me know if there are plans to make this an OPTIONAL setting or something! I paid for reliable notifications. They're not reliable now :( |
