Then they charge you additional fees to top up with a visa debit card, literally your own money. Just a privately rigged system of fees and charges to use an app that constantly drops your vehicles to charge you more fees and charges. Absolute robbery, if other businesses operated this way, they would be closed and without work/customers. | |

Generally: Why does it take forever to load when you are outside the petrol station looking to just get your bonus 4 cent Shell discount? I was prompted to upgrade by the app - it said that the new version would fix the login problem. Guess what? Can't log in. Still. Latest version still doesn't allow you to log in. I know that the password works, because I can log in on your website, so it is obviously the app that is so broken. Still. Useless. | |

Had an account set up but all of a sudden all my details are missing and now I'm being charged extra on a bunch of tolls because of a an issue on linkt end. Feels like this has been done on purpose so your company can profit more from each toll, I wonder how many people have had the same issue done to them. I feel this is done on purpose I have all the documents supporting my clams. | |
