The App is extremely slow, very often does not open, the window freezes, 3. the support is also quite strange people, requiring screenshots, guys, the screenshots does not help to hear that your App the transcribing has been done wrongly. 4. You have to test your subtitles, what is being played and what is on display. 5 Expensive, not worth the money. |

It is also very quick. I use transcripts a lot in my work and this tool saved me tons of time. Plus it has a nice AI ability of summerizing the conversation and even answer questions about it. Plus it shows I have utilised 12 mins but it only reflects 5 mins of transcript. Report a bug feature doesn't work, ask for help feature doesn't work. There is no place to contact. INR 1150 got deducted and I can't even get what I paid for. Please fix this ASAP, I have a deadline in 5 hrs. |
