| 2024-11-23 |  | | I have been sending payments for months to a particular business but all of a sudden my monthly payment is being held up. I and the recipient was given a link confirming the funds would be there by 1:40 Friday, after 5 days nothing arrived. My funds are still being invested so they say. I sent a test payment to the same business just to see if it would get through and it did so this doesn't make since. Still waiting for them to release or refund my money. Don't trust the app. |

All these should be clear and all gathered in one place with Headlines, topics and % of how complete is the profile and steps to make it to 100% completion of profile and account. |
| 2024-10-07 |  | | Update Oct 2024: Used to be great when it was called Transferwise. A LOT has changed since then. They charge a lot more (almost a 200% fee increase on transfers). Transfers that used to take mere seconds now take an opaque amount of time AND twice they have just bounced back to me as undelivered one week later. Not good at all for emergencies. Plus, their customer service is completely unhelpful and rude. I've switched to one of their competitors after too many shenanigans. No longer recommend! |
| 2024-10-05 |  | | As a first-time user, my user experience was a complete headache, literally!, the wording is so confusing, the app is very inconsistent, and wonky to use, I don't like this app, it took me almost 2 damn days to figure out what the was going on. Customer service was a mess, I couldn't understand the person language,but it was a horrible first experience. This app needs a lot of work, it's not reliable, guys, it's not simple to understand, and the system is very slow, makes you repeat steps. |

When i press my profile or send money button it says we are having technical issues,try again later. Website is working but the app is dead for weeks now. Only thing shows about my account is the messages about my previous transactions. Please fix it. I have to use my computer to use my account. |

And have to transfer again (multiple days again!) to try to get the balance correct for GBP. I've had multiple conversations with customer service that go nowhere. I have to click my reason for transferring on my phone, my computer, and in the app and it STILL doesn't register and must be explained to customer service. Kafkaesque |

I understand the caution security needs. And while this redundancy doesn't bother me much, I can only imagine the uproar from some folks. I'm an old timer. And I forget where I experienced this, but I especially liked the security questions, that no one has the answer to, except for the applicant. |

I used to reliably get my money within 72 hours - now it's a week+ for every transaction. Customer support is no help, & the best advice I've gotten has been to delete all my banks and reconnect them. I'm sure I'll get around to doing it someday, but I'm so frustrated that if there was a better option I'd switch in a heartbeat. Edit: dropped down to 1 star after that insane reply |
| 2024-09-12 |  | | The App used to be good. I sent the money. Wise got paid and sent me a request to accept a lower rates as they took 5 days to complete ✅ the transfer. They have replied blaming on someone else. The question is not about the time taken. Is about the fact that they changed the exchange rates after I submitted the transfer. After submitting my transfer, If the rates are higher, the keep the extra profit. If the rates are lower, they passed the difference to the sender. That is not right. |
| 2024-09-07 |  | | sometimes works. sometimes doesn't. randomly changes the amount that can be sent instantly via ach almost every week. customer service is abysmal - almost is if they play word games in specifically not answering the question or concern. used to love this app. based on my communication with their customer support, it appears no changes expected to the deterioration in service speed/reliability anywhere in the foreseeable future. they got big and then they got sh#tty. |
