| 2023-05-04 |  | | I bought this "smart watch" 6 months ago. Tried to download the required app. It didn't work. Asked to send it back well within the 30 days. I only got the run a round. I've been tring to return this junk for sevel months. They keep telling me to download the app. This is far and away the wrost company I've ever dealt with! They finally won. I threw the thing in the trash! I paid stupid tax. Do not even think of dealing with this product, or you'll be sorry |

| 2022-09-02 |  | | I agree with every bad review. I can't set up an account. Keep getting sign in screen. My husband was able to get pulse, calories and steps to come up. I guess the rest are activated by the Scan for IOS that needs to be downloaded some how. I think I will go for a walk. At least I can see steps and see how many calories I am burning. My pulse keeps going up because I am frustrated. 😊 Good luck to all. |

| 2022-07-24 |  | | I am suffering the same, if not worse. My watch(s) came without me finalizing my inquiry. I got called away from my computer for several house, and when I came back the inquiry window was just sitting there. Thinking I didn't want the watch, I simply exited. Next thing I know, my watch(s) wer on the way. You see, even with the inquiry I was lead astray offering a second watch (?) and that was where I stopped. Yup! They took the information and ran with it! You cannot return the watches. |
