Some tour guides are hit and miss (audio issues or lack of; some are very hard to understand) I'd still recommend getting a tour guide when you go to these marvelous places. I wish I had more time to explore. I liked that it will tell you exactly where to meet but some instructions were not as clear and hard to find them if they don't have the most noticeable flag. it's always great when the tour guide knows a lot about history and share tid bits about the city itself and some do's and don't.

I booked d the tickets for langkawi skycable car and skybridge but due to heavy rains & wind the Venue was totally closed, I called local partners number mentioned in ticket & he assured me that i will get full refund of both tickets but headout team is not refunding the money, please everyone here don't use head out application it's the worst it's better buy from the venue or from other site who genuinely help the customer in worst situation I got zero support for the headout team.

As I write this, am standing outside the dubai miracle garden, waiting for the tickets, which it says pending. Money debited and tickets are not confirmed yet. If that's the case, they should atleast have the courtesy to alert the users that it will take time to give the tickets. If anyone is booking this for immediate purpose, please avoid this app In the below support response, you are saying you sent tickets within 5 minutes, which is lie. Please don't lie.
