sometimes it will play one of my songs twice instead of playing both of the songs I was trying to play. kind of an annoying bug, and technically steals money from me. makes other people annoyed with me at the same time. not a great bug to have, since it steals my money and makes people upset with me on a personal level. also didn't want to hear that song twice in a row, personally. would have loved to hear both of my selections instead, since I payed for two different songs.

As soon as this app gets updated on my cell phone I loose the ability to log into the app. I would give zero stars if I could Update, once I was told I had to have Google Chrome installed as the default browser and installed and set it up the Touchtunes app started working fine. My phone is a Microsoft Surface Duo phone. It comes with Microsoft Edge as the default browser.

The app is trash. Works about a 1/3 of the time. Re installed multiple times. Now I can't even sign in. 30 credits in there, I can't use. If your bar or restaurant has touch tunes, throw it in the trash and go with AMI. there's a reason 90% of the bars in my area don't use touch tunes. Don't bother downloading or spending money with them. When you report the problems you won't hear back. 100% FLAMING DUMPSTER FIRE. ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION
