2024-12-01 | Lance W. | Scam ad for this app was embedded in an article I was trying to to read. The ad popped open, ran a scam scan on my phone and told me I had malware. So, like a fool, I downloaded the app. After about a 30 minute "real" scan by the app, guess what the result was? Nothing found. Ok, I close the app and go back to using my phone as I normally do. Guess what? My phone now totally freezes about every 5 minutes. This AV app is dangerous to use, folks. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IT!!! Total CS not replying. LOL
2024-11-19 | Janet | hope does what it says it does for the cost. Well (update), it seems to work on 1.5 of the 3 devices I have "protected", my laptop has never benefited; it always reports I am unprotected, displays a sales alert page designed to insight fear and urgency to upgrade my coverage, requiring new charges. My tablet and cell phone are affected similarly, but is able to click through most of the time while still showing protected. Never has a virus or other malware, privacy of my data, etc. All these ser
2024-11-17 | Matthew Barasch | I get a big alert my phone is infected by numerous types of malware; I knew .y phone had been infected. Happy that a company determined my phone was infected when other apps I downloaded found nothing. When I say my phone was infected I mean badly. So I pay for TotalAV and scan my phone. They found no malware or viruses. I purchased the level of protection offered to get rid of the virus. They had offered me the opportunity to upgrade 4 times before scanning. This was misrepresentation.
2024-11-13 | Rae Martin | I've been paying for TotalAV & TotaLAd Block but doesn't seem to be working. Still get an abundance of ads, malware, viruses & compromised data. So just what is it that I'm paying for? Recently, I have been getting notifications that my device has Trojan viruses. When I take the link, it has me run a scan resulting in Trojan, malware, etc. with a selection to repair. The security app to repair is TotalAV. They want me to purchase & repair. Why isn't my Active account already protecting me?
2024-11-13 | CoolDaddy CoolDaddy | It's extremely important to have the full-time protection of this app. You never know when you are going to really need it against any threats of security to your devices. You never have enough protection in a freshly bought device. Protect yourself now! I have definitely experienced how easily a smart person can demolish everything you own. I listened, and l hope you will also.
2024-11-12 | Davette | Can't get rid of the malware or viruses Now I get text msgs that my photos have been infiltrated along with passwords, contacts, and even an email. I'm not too impressed. Thank goodness for taking of enough off for the week. I can't see paying $29.99 per month on buttons I have to push. This will give me enough time to purchase a new and different smartphone. I don't like Samsung
2024-11-10 | Leah Willett | I used this app on Samsung galaxy s24 ultra for about a year and a half. It worked really well, blocking ads in most apps. Yesterday an update to the app tricked me into paying for a subscription I already had, and when the update completed and I relaunched, not only did it show 4 takeovers trying to upsell, but the app no longer blocked ads! I will be unsubscribing immediately and reporting this app for deceptive practices.
2024-11-05 | Joe Reagan | This app is simply amazing, everyone who is having a hard time with spam calls and endless notifications this app is the answer and not only does it work well it's the way to get a phone that can actually be a service and not a burden.. I would suggest that to give it a try you will not regret it. 11-05-24 (update) I was really surprised to find (3) different charges to my bank account I wasn't aware until it was a few days later. I don't think that's very professional.
2024-10-31 | Raina | I like the app. security, BUT I don't like having to touch two prompts when opening up my secure apps. The prompt defaults to the fingerprint, and you have to swipe it over to the face recognition, and then you have to press confirm. Why doesn't the app open up immediately when it recognizes your face! This feature is really annoying!
2024-09-22 | JUAN NEGRON | I have two accounts and I pay for 1 of them but try to put the other under the one I pay for. But keep getting the run around and excuses of why I don't have it protected , if you have 2 or more accounts. You suppose to beable to add 3 . Under 1. But it never lasts. It connects then before you know it. Your not protected and it won't connect. |
