I was forced to download this pos to pay a bill. The app barely even works, I had to make an account. I made the account and it said that my information didn't exist, I tried a few times in case I mistyped something or cuz of lag. Tried registering again, said i was already registered. Only after that could I log in. Went to pay my bill, put my card info in and it froze. Why even make the god damn app if it barely works? Why can't I just pay on the website like before!?

Nichelle Segar, 2024-05-21Downloaded this because I HAD TO to pay a medical bill, but when I registered my account using my patient info, the app told me I had no bills. So I just bloated my phone with this trash app for nothing. (A) I shouldn't have to download a stupid app to pay my medical bill– that's insane. (B) At least make sure your stupid app works before you force your patients to download it. Hot, stinking garbage.
