This app remote wave never worked when I actually HAD magic jack, I was NEVER able to listen to the messages through the email attachments although I could access through THEIR app. I finally stopped renewing after two years of never receiving any pertinent calls on my 30 year old landline number. I still get emails about messages which is laughable since I shouldn't even have a number anymore.

I have nothing to write a review about..I have never been able to retrieve a message from M.J. Atleast now I know ...it's not me...it's the app. Good luck getting rid of it! Writing a review is also a nightmare...Atleast they're consistent.

Doesn't work at all. Downloaded again close to a year later, and this app is still 100% non-functional. It will not show up on your desktop to facilitate easy removal either. I have no idea what this app is supossed to be doing, but its sure not doing what it's supposed to be.
