2024-08-23 | Alana Harley | Works, but TOO basic. No image settings. (exposure, sharpness, contrast, etc) Need ability to adjust focus/depth. Will focus on & over expose anything directly in front of lens, but any areas behind, too dark to view (usually area you need to see). Tip: If endoscope has a dial for lights, quickly flashing up/down will give a 1 second view behind. (Record this & play/pause/screenshot to view) I won't update app until update details are added. (I do hope it's addressing some of these issues)
2023-05-15 | Ashton King | GARBAGE!!!! Camera and video are just images that don't work. Had to download an APP that was supposed to function with my endoscope I bought from Amazon. Had to download this app according to the people I bought the endoscope from. Doesn't work on android phone. Light comes on with laptop but no camera. CD install is not available. All the app does is run long ADS constantly. Absolutely Terrible!
2023-01-17 | David Kakoczki | You didn't fix the bug because the app doesn't start at all just the icon coming up and after that a message popup and It says the app has a bug so it is closed now. Reach developer to update the app. And I have S21 Ultra. S5 tablet not compatible I think my S7+ tablet will be the same. I should see when I drilling my teeth, it is very difficult to do it even from the camera, but blindly? Should I just watch it in the mirror? What do you think what will I see from the cavity? Unbelievable!
2022-08-14 | Bill Sann | It doesn't work. I installed it I get a black screen no way to try to fix the problem so I reboot and now the app won't stay running so I uninstalled it and I'm going to try to reinstall it but this app sucks. I just wasted my money buying this endoscope camera and the software for it sucks so God damn bad that it will not even stay running I installed it twice and it just does not work it's a garbage app
2022-04-30 | Timothy Chu | Took a while to figure out the right plug to use for my phone. To help others who may have the same hardware as me (3in1 Visual Earpick) what looks like a male usb plug for a PC can flip open to expose a male micro-USB plug. If you instead have usb-c use the attached plug converter. On my Samsung S9, I can view live camera. But the photo function stores no actual photos that I can tell, and the video capture function causes app to crash.
2021-11-19 | Skadi lifdis | Doesn't work!! I downloaded this to use with an endoscope to figure out what was blocking my drain and how far it is. Did not work. At all. Tried on two different phones and still didn't work. All the buttons do were shift (except the one that opened up the file folders). Didn't take pictures. Didn't record video. What a joke!
2021-06-15 | Gary Gurule | After downloading this app and hooking up the camera I had the same issue where nothing on the app screen would respond. After clicking and clicking I saw no pictures or videos were saved. Then a notice popped up and suggested to give the usb_camera app permissions. I got out of the app and went to the app settings. I gave it access permissions and memory permissions. Went through the app settings up and down and went back to open the app. It stalls a little, but now I can save vids and pics.
2021-04-15 | Rick Lugg | I am happy with this as it could be useful for hunting in nooks and crannies for things. I found its videos and pictures by clicking my camera app and looking where it stored its pictures. The 'button' on the wire, takes a snapshot whether or not video is being captured. There is an audible click to acknowledge it. On my Moto gFast the 'official' app did not work but the China (apk) version did. Quality is OK. it is difficult to get used to what is left/right up/down but that is an issue with my perception, rather than that of the camera! The large 'R' on the left of the screen allows image/video rotation clockwise 90º each time.
2021-02-19 | Clive Brook | Not perfect but it works well. I lost a phone in a cavity wall and this app with the endoscope camera was great at showing where it was. I found the usb connection to be a bit sensitive and would come out easily, but that's not the apps fault. The app itself has 2 versions to install , and the China version was the one that worked for me. Picture quality was fine.
2020-12-17 | Armando Anguiano | FIX FOR MOST PEOPLE: The big usb connection must go into the back of the small usb c connection. You have to unclip the big usb with your fingers, and it will reveal another smaller connection, I believe its a micro usb connection? Anyway, connect that to the back of the usb c connection, and voila, you should see a picture. This was on a Note 9. |
