| 2024-09-11 |  | | Required but doesn't do much useful. You need this app to setup the toy, which is fine, but it does little else. You cannot tell whether a track is a song or a story, you cannot switch or play tracks (and the ability to switch tracks on the box is buggy and broken...it works, but only sometimes and sometimes it simply restarts the track you are on which makes it difficult to figure out which track you are actually on unless you know their starting sounds by heart). Overall poor execution. |

It will not let you proceed past this point. Tried to reach out to support and the Toniebox ID was not found(written exactly the way it reads on the bottom of the box). To be honest, give the kids the iPad and watch the movie. Save yourself the trouble of waiting for support. They will not reach out. No phone contact listed so I guess we will be sending back. |

I have tried to use it to change the settings on the Tonies box to edit max volume and swap sides for FF/RW with no success. The settings don't give you any feedback when changed items have been applied IF they've been applied and when I try to fast forward or rewind the way it shows on the app it neither side does anything. no matter how long you listen, that doesn't change. |

It froze at the end the first time, second time would not connect to the temp wifi, 3rd time it worked but didn't show up in the app. Eventually it appeared. I wish the volume could be higher. The skip and fast forward/backwards functions do not work. Wish they had just put buttons on it instead of slapping the side? |

This is my biggest complaint. The free choices don't represent all perspectives, and that's unfortunate. I wish I researched the company better before purchasing. |

Since we are sold in major retailers it is our priority to fix this issue as quickly as possible. Not offer the same troubleshooting over and over that does not work. Fix the devices. |

It seems as though the entire tonies setup requires that the app be connected to the tonies servers and not lose connection at any time. But if you either connect to the device during setup and lose connection or there is high traffic on let's say Christmas morning, the setup fails and you have to start over. Basically unusable when their is a high demand on their servers. Update: Use the website. We were able to get it setup there. |

Then it signed me out & now keeps telling me that I do not have an account despite setting up an account. Huge Christmas fail. It makes no sense that thus toy will only work after it is connected to wifi. So much for simple set up. |

On top of that connecting the box is atrocious, half the time you fail to login to the app because of a cloud error and the other half you're stuck "connecting to wifi" indefinitely. I wouldn't really recommend this product. I've been trying to "fix" my daughter's tonie box ever since she unwrapped it this Christmas morning. Please avoid for the time being y'all. |
| 2023-12-24 |  | | My experience was fine, nothing like the horror stories I was reading ahead of time, not awesome. The app itself once set up is fine. A little cluttered or unintuitive, but works. Setup was initially a pain, once it didn't automatically connect to the Tonie's wireless network, I had to start over the process, after telling my phone, yes really stay connected to this Internet less network. After enter the info in again, that step worked fine. Still only took me about 15 minutes. |
