Very frustrating Also a new issue with the application. I've granted camera permissions to the app and yet when I try to do verify my fragment account it says that I haven't granted permission to use the camera. Please fix this. This shouldn't be happening, especially when one wants to make timely transactions. |

When I click on verification, after entering all the details, the camera is not opening. After giving access permission to the camera, I went to the settings, gave access permission to the camera and microphone, even then the access is not getting done. |

It will take me to tonkeeper and i will stuck there. No further movement for me to authorise the transactions as it use to do before. Mostly I see "ZERO" in my wallets until I actually open them , yet the wallet list does not show the amount again. It wasn't like this before. So I give only 3 stars until I see real improvement. | 2024-11-19 |  | | I should have give it five stars,for the easy to understand interface,easy to navigate,seameless and fast transaction process but i hate the fact that when you open the app it takes time before the interface will display,it should load faster when the app is tapped.secondly,fee for swapping should be deducted from the coin you are swapping and not only ton.@tonkeeper team you can do better. |
| 2024-11-16 |  | | After I updated the app about one month ago all connected apps were gone from my wallet and reconnecting them is not possible. Even after that they released some updates and didn't fix this issue! People have assets on these apps, including me. Fix it already! |
| 2024-11-16 |  | | As soon as the new update came out, I wanted to go into the app, but I saw that the app had started over and my account had been deleted. I object. Why should my wallet be deleted with an app update? And how can I get my wallet back???? Because I didn't know that updating would ruin everything, I wasn't prepared to change or at least save the security phrases!!! |
