Excellent game, but the following version is even better. I really recommend this one first to understand the principle and then try 7 billion humans. The price is really good for the complexity of this game. If you just like graphics games or action game, this one is not for you, but if you like coding and solving unbelievable levels with some instructions, if you like to think instead of testing your reflexes, this game is for you. I am 61 years old, my son 30, and we love it. BUY IT AND ENJOY

Great game if you love puzzles and logic. Upgrade requests.. -Scroll bar on programming window. -Pinch zoom on programming window. -Undo button if you accidentally move a programming element trying to scroll. -Jump to label. -3rd optimised light if size and speed achieved together. -User submitted challenges. Starts at simple programming, on to advanced concepts. Humorous back story in the coffee breaks. Interesting optimization challenges.

I'm having a great time with this game. There are several enjoyable moments - the initial successful solving of each level and then the challenge and satisfaction of optimising each solution. Would be 5 stars except for two issues which really mar the experience. First is the auto-rotate feature which kicks in at inconvenient moments. Second is that you can't mute the game sound effects so you have to listen to the noisy background effects over whatever else you'd rather listen to.

The game itself is fun and is what deserves 5 stars. Negatives or wants: 1. handling of the screen rotation... the screen rotates when not desired. 2. Do not remove the possibility to see the description of a command. I do not play the game every day and it's easy to forget the details about each command. 3. Add the possibility to run the code without going through the animation. 4. Add possibility to disable all in-game audio.

Tons of fun. Great puzzles. I am ASM God! Great game on PC and mobile, but what happened to Play Games integration? I've lost all my progress multiple times at this point. Am I mistemembering, or was there not a time when Play Games services was integrated, and synced progress? Anyway, I love it regardless, I just wish I didn't have to replay the early levels every time I get a new phone. Might dive into the file explorer on my old one and see if I can extract the save data without root access.

Good puzzles that progress with nice variety. My only real issue is really the very error prone UI without an undo button. Final levels get complicated and an accidental swipe on a command can mess up your solution. There's also no ability to put in your own inputs for testing, so it can get tedious trying to fix/optimise part of a solution for specific inputs. Will buy the second game if it has undo and the ability to enter custom inputs when testing solutions.

I enjoy this game but it's genuinely infuriating at times with it's half baked faux vertical screen orientation support, you can't change/mute the volume (who listens to music?), and how you can't control the inputs for testing. I'm testing my alphabetizer code for issues when outputting the first word, but I've gone some 30 attempts without running into that scenario. Let me use one of predefined inputs or continue using a previous input set and I'll instantly increase my rating.

This is a delightful and addictive game that I already had on PC. Unfortunately, on the mobile version, the tiles are tiny and difficult to read. Also, the size & speed optimization challenges (which account for 90% of the gameplay) are harder to find in this version. Make sure you talk to the boss to see them - without them the biggest challenge is reading the tiny tiles!

5/5 if not for the screen rotation bug. Screen auto-rotation is too sensitive and activates too often, flipping the screen upside-down. Also, there is no setting to turn off music and SFX. A game to teach programming, so it's heavily based in math and logic. Even if you have programming experience, it's still fun to play but will not be as challenging. However, trying to solve the optional optimization challenges (for size and speed) makes it more interesting. You can't backup your progress (I think), so it makes this more re-playable for me.

Great fun if you're into this sort of thing! Concur with other's opinions on the coolness of it. BUT my 5 star rating is reduced to 3 because of simple interface issues that make it incredibly frustrating: lock screen takes over while you're thinking, auto rotates to be upside down at the slightest jiggle, the buttons at the bottom hardly ever respond, trying to scroll the code inevitably leads to modifying it. Grrr! These little annoyances add up over repeated exposure. At this price... no dice
