Not every local venue is listed in the app, and there are a few theatres where you'll want to check to see if you're eligible for special discounts that are only available on their websites (e.g. STC's 35-and-under tickets), but TodayTix's transparent pricing, extensive listings, rush/lottery options, and great deals will not let you down. I've seen so many brilliant shows because of this app. |

This is now my Go To App for Broadway tickets. I used to use other websites to get my tickets but kept running into issues getting the digital tickets. One time I actually missed a show due to delayed electronic release. I did not get my money back. last straw for me. I started using this app and have seen 3 plays / musicals this year with no issues. Thumbs Up |

I went onto the app after the tickets were released;they did not show. I managed to get 3 more (but without the aisle seat my friend prefers). |

But this time I was looking to book multiple shows in the same day and the app kept saying there were no available times or seats, even though the app indicated there were ticket availability for the date and time I wanted. So, I waited 10 minutes, rebooted my phone and tried again. Still nothing. So I bought a ticket to my next choice. Now, 24 hours later there are hundreds of open seats. |

Plus, if there IS a service fee, it is incredibly less than Ticketmaster. And quite often, it's included in the price. And if you choose the nominal fee, you can cancel or change the date for no extra fee. Love this app. Try it! |
| 2023-10-12 |  | | In terms of buying tickets in advance, this is much better than most, if not all, other ticketing websites. There are little, if not no, hidden fees, and it's convenient. However, their lottery is my least favorite out of them all because of how inconvenient it is. If you win, you are given only 30 minutes before the offer expires. In my instance, I saw that I won 10 minutes before it expired. As my order was processing, I got the error message that it had expired. Would be better with more time |

I found it to be a great way to purchase tickets at a good price and then the reminders and venue information was so good as I had purchased the tickets several months ago. will continue to use Today Tix. |

The problem I ran in to is out of the blue, I couldn't buy any tickets and all of my credit cards were declined. Their customer support insisted my cards were the problem, but they worked everywhere else. After going back and forth, they told me for whatever reason my account and cards had been flagged for fraud. I had to wait 7 days for it to clear. |

You will actively have to contact Today Tix cuz they don't and it's never a smooth process... even if you purchase their ticket cancellation insurance!! They don't follow through with promises to contact so it is always up to you to hunt them down, speaking to several different people or epartments. They'll gladly take your money, but never want to give it back |
| 2022-09-03 |  | | I used the app only for the CTGLA last minute ticket lottery so hasn't seen a lot of use, but for that purpose it was great. Entering the lottery was easy, I was notified through the app (plus email), purchased the tix through the app, and they were emailed to me and worked just fine at the door...so yeah worked as expected. Side note: Mike Birbiglia was delightful as the old man in 'The Old Man and the Pool,' but I'm not sure the app had much to do with that. |
