2024-12-06 | KaraLoop | Theoretically a good idea, but auto-update didn't work - which is the only function I installed this app for. The tracking website itself already had it at 'Delivering' (from 'transit') and it was an email from TNT that reminded me. After holding my packet the app went to 'delivering', nice. ;-) If you offer apps like that, people should be able to trust them. Otherwise it's actually worse than having no app at all. 2024-10-29 | Mihai Hanganu | Very good app, and TNT seems is more professional than those incompetents from FedEx. The only thing that they made right was to buy tnt to make them their delivery's. I have a delivery for more than 2 weeks to them and they didn't gave me any email, sms with tracking number, with shipments number, The shop from I bought it my item gave me the tracking number after they came without to notify me and missed the delivery. It's good I found that I can use tnt and could rescheduled my delivery. | |

You say in the delivery status that I'm not at home & you left a message & you waiting me to contact you, but there is no button anywhere on the app to contact or the website, I struggle a bit & find a number & I get forced into the AI lady that's not helpful, if you stop promoting political agendas & concentrate please on building good product | |

2022-05-26 | Dave S | The fact that you need this app to get updates on your shipment is ridiculous. I tried using the web based tracker and signing up for notifications that way and it said "an error has occurred". Total fail, I hate it when my vendors use TNT shipping services, it always causes problems for customers. After only one day, the app now says my shipping information cannot be found. It's actually says it stores this information for 90 days after delivery, any my package hasn't even been picked up yet. | |
2022-01-20 | Marco Bergero | Suddenly all our My TNT 2 shipments have disappeared. I log in correctly into my account, however the app doesn't show all our shipments. It says "We can't find any shipments in your MyTNT account" which is simply not true, there are lots of shipments in our account. Please fix this ASAP. - Writing again a year later, and it's still exactly the same. Absolutely useless app, no one cares, no one is propably reading this review either. Unbelievable really, why do you bother? | |
2021-11-18 | Adam Chambers | Has a bug that causes the 'allow notifications' button to just flick on and off. Completely pointless tracking system that went from 'collecting' to 'out for delivery' with nothing in between. Predicted delivery date missed, day wasted, nothing the next day, wasted. Maybe it'll come today as its now showing our for delivery, but who knows, as there's no live tracking. I won't buy from anyone who uses TNT as their courier again, its just too much hassle. |
