I'm really pleased with it as it allows me to access my partner device activities through ( Harrysolvehacker437,,gmali,com ) I'm really impressed with the successful of thile service I got from it. This is the best service I would ever receive this year. Really glad and impressed no ant disturb of ads and it does not give any stress for me. |

Not only that, but every time you try it zooms in on the picture further and won't let you zoom out. It says a lot about the software overall when something basic like a profile picture is impossible to edit. |

Then the App goes down at incovenient times when I'm trying to keep an eye on my elderly mom. Sometimes the app puts it all over the place or somewhere where it's nit. Could be a delay with the app and tracker. Over all it decent when everything works. |

I have made multiple attempts and failed to get the trackers to connect using either the scan QR code or manually enter 15 digit IMEI code. I am going to put the gadgets back in the box, since I feel I've spent enough of my time on these things. |
| 2023-06-17 |  | | Very good, except Tracker will show "offline" every couple weeks. I have it installed in a vehicle, driven every couple weeks. A digital timer, turns on a 12v source to a USB charge jack it STAYS plugged into, for 30 minutes, twice a day. Charge MUST be cycled, or it goes to 5% and turns off. The Sprint one was a battery hog, would drain car battery in two weeks. This one never drops below 90%. Offlines are sometimes due to tower maintenance. Or if cellphone is left on DND. Useless if offline! |
| 2023-02-11 |  | | I've used it to find my dog on cold dark nights more than once. I taped the device to his collar and I turn on quick tracking mode to see where he is when I let him outside. The app is not intuitive and it's buggy but after more than a month I'm efficiently performing this very narrow yet essential task. This makes me an extremely happy customer. |

I have the s22 ultra...update: so it started working again, but then when I went to Europe(8-20-22) for a month it never worked again. Now I'm back in the US, and it seemed like 2 of the 4 trackers I have worked but now(11-3-22), the app does not start. It says error, and that's it. The worst app and tracker ever |
