I used this for the first time for an overseas trip, which also was cut unexpectedly short. The app allowed me to readjust, and it really reduced my jet lag. I will definitely be using this app for future trips. I followed as best I could. I've read reviews that said it was often not possible to comply, but you don't have to follow it perfectly.

*Update: Still not getting notifications even though I tried everything that was suggested by the app and the developer. Completely missed the part of my return trip.* I'd give it a 5* but I'm not getting any notifications despite everything being on. I checked the notification history on my Samsung S21 and I can see a list of timeshifter notifications called Bugsee but nothing actually pops up on my phone. I also followed the in app instructions but still nothing.

We had zero jet lag going east to Europe! We're still "on the program" for returning west, but so far so good. It's scientifically based, using light, sleep, & also caffeine and melatonin if you choose. They send you a 3-day program for adjusting your circadian clock on each trip, and provide support via email if you have questions. I highly recommend it!
