Having tried my password & then trying to reset the password, I keep getting an error message saying 'password already updated'...it is not. Is there someone I can contact about this issue or better still improve your app...isn't that what updates are ment to do? |

Apart from everything I've read applying to me, I would also add that their customer service is diabolical, when I eventually got away from the exceptionally stupid AI and got a real person she was totally unhelpful. I have deleted the App despite having items in my basket that I want. Of course no telephone number for customer services, the lines would be jammed!!! Rotten company |
