Would rate zero if it was possible. The scooters worked well, but the app wouldn't recognise the drop off location at the end of ride. Customer support unavailable on group ride but I couldn't cancel or stop the rides either. Contacted customer support on another phone and they ignored me for over a day. This is unacceptable for a service where you are paying by the minute. I was refunded ultimately which is good but this is unacceptable, definitely use another company if you can!!!!

Terrible app. If you change your mobile phone there is no way you can log in to your previous account. They only give you the option to sign up, and does not accept you previous email saying it is already used. They say "contact costumer support", but don't provide any link or channel for that. Basic usability problem.

My last edit pulled the app/service down from 4 to 2. Now I have to pull it all the way to 1 as it's virtually a scam. Nothing works anymore, you're being charged for the insane time the app needs to end the ride, and simple things like ending the ride simply doesn't work. The only reason to use Tier is that they have monopoly in this area.

Easy to use, fair prices (not like lime), very high quality scooters (with wireless charging pads). I wasn't expecting to get a quick response after contacting the support at 11pm via the app, but to my surprise I got a reply within 5min and my issue was fixed within another 2min. I'm very happy about the customer service!

So much better and more safe then lime! Most important has 2 razor sharp breaks! Which can avoid in case of accident situation other scooters have only sometimes front break only. App badly designed where are you recent rides and charges? Why are the hidden?? Hard to find and report a ride if having issues with scooter. There should be ride history!

The regulating of where too park needs to be improved, we rode for a mile but there was no parking available so we had to leave the scooter farther away than we started. A huge waste of time and energy. To top it all off customer service was very slow and unhelpful. Just take the time and walk.

I am from time to time in Cologne and I have been happily using kvb bikes for a while now, but there had been so.e occasions when I could not find any bike near by, so I thought I could try TIER, not really checking prices but ready to pay more, since they are electric. one ride of 18mins was almost 8 €. Far too much, never again.

Horrible app. Stuck for 30 minutes trying to end my ride, while the app was happily charging me for the ride. I was at the escooter parking spot, GPS confirmed and all, but no luck. Tried contacting customer support and got to the automated response "Sorry, application error" and then it hung up. This is a scam company, not to mention that the rides are too expensive. No wonder I am seeing their scooters vandalized all over the place. Save your nerves and stay clear from this app.

The scooter idea is fantastic and the app works well when it's kept updated. What I don't understand is the extortionate cost. They were about €0.20 per minute a few years ago and now they're €0.39, way more expensive than public transport and when travelling with a second person, even more expensive than a taxi. That is insane. Pure greed. Not only that, the whole concept (in Innsbruck) has been rendered pointless by the bizarre parking zones. Now I have to walk anyway.

Having access to scooters is nice when I'm running late, but the minuses of the app limit me using it as often as I'd want to. Ending a ride always takes an extra minute or two, which you get charged for. Sometimes I scan a scooter and it turns out to be broken, despite me only moving a meter and parking it back in the same space, I get charged for the unlock fee, plus 1-2 minues the app spends ending the "ride". Fix your app
