Consistently fails when trying to save items to favorites. Problems checking out, saying cart has changed and will update, but items are still available. There are bugs which still be addressed.

I reached out to ask for help on an item I ordered as I had a credit on my account but couldn't figure out how to apply it to my order. They never helped with the issue and charged me full price even though I had credit. They clearly don't care about their customers. Read the fine print! They don't do returns and only give store credit IF THEY THINK it's appropriate.
