Ok, I played along for a short while until the pattern continued with a wider footprint. More offerings= more traps. Discontinuing is too cumbersom. Programming was great but "capture marketing" is not for me. |

Everyone wants to nickel and dime us for everything nowadays. Personally I think perhaps a free option with ads would benefit your growth and the public. Also a discount for over 50 or disabled would be a great thing as they often struggle the most. When folks are struggling the media is the first thing folks usually cut off to save. 🙏 |
| 2024-09-21 |  | | 30-60 second delay on article display after tapping, then multiple instances of each article tapped stack up (one for every tap to which the app did not previously respond), requiring you to back out of each article with many taps. Also, the home screen is so slow to refresh that often, tapping an article I want to read is "lost" when the screen finally refreshes, requiring me to search for the article that was I was trying to view. Very frustrating. Content and reporting style are good. |

Don't be Fox News! Update. Even when selecting autoplay of videos to "off" they still play automatically. Unacceptable! |
| 2024-07-14 |  | | Have only had for a few hours, but so far it's outstanding compared to other news apps I've used. Ads are not intrusive and you can actually read an article or story without disruption from pop ups and click bait. News topics are neatly categorized at the top allowing you access to a variety of topics easily. I would highly recommend this news app. |

ISSUE #1- I've recently noticed 3rd party ads in the app. If I'm paying for a digital subscription then why am I seeing 3rd party ads? Make a "free with ads" tier & you will probably get a ton of people using it- but not me. Despise ads in things I pay for. ISSUE #2- can't comment. Goes to top of comment section & freezes. My reply box is gone. Have to exit out of story to main page to unfreeze. Annoying. |

They clearly have a tilt, which is mostly rather center right. But they come much closer to the traditional journalism that every MSM organization has abandoned wholesale in the last decade. In other words, they seem to make a sincere effort to strive for objectivity. |

Also, how come you can't watch this on Apple TV!? Are you stuck in the app? if it's $100 a year, at least let us stream on Apple TV, Roku, etc. Lastly, the app doesn't sync between Android and Apple devices! |

When I get a push notice, please don't give me a teaser headline and make me open the app just to get the one peice of info you kept out of the headline. As a paying customer, this is infuriating. Just give me the whole story so I can quickly grasp it. Second, I NEVER get to the same story from the push notice. I'm forced into the app, which is annoying enough, then I never find the story anyway! |

Click it and it brings up the story on the website. I can not find or read that story in the app. Which is a bummer because I am setup to receive what I want to read/understand. makes the app partially useless. Good for browsing content. |
